The Greenhouse selects it’s participants through a rigorous application process. However we do not select on the amount of paperwork that you submit.
We are looking for the right person with the right idea.
If we think that your idea is viable and could be successful and we also think that you are the right person to bring this forward we will offer you a place on our 6-month incubation cycle.
During this 6-month cycle we will grow your idea into reality and develop it into a self-sustaining company ready for further investment and growth.
How? By providing you with the following;

• A designated business mentor
• Targeted workshops, seminars and one-on-one sessions
• A wide range of services & facilities specifically targeted at start-ups

What makes it even more interesting is that we do not charge for any of the above. Do we provide it for free? No we don’t! In exchange for the above support & services we take a 7% equity stake in your start-up. This not only removes a financial threshold to avail of our services but it also ensures our long term involvement & interest in your start-up.
